Located on the grounds of the East End Arts Council, 133 East Main St., Riverhead, the Carriage House is being renovated to better serve the needs of the East End Arts community. This exciting project will feature:
The Art Gym, located on the first floor of the Carriage House will provide access to equipment that, due to cost and space requirements, is typically not available to most artists. Art gym membership entitles members to scheduled use of art equipment such as printing presses, kilns, and potters’ wheels. Membership also provides an opportunity for artists to network and share creative dialogue. The EEAC Art Gym will be the first in Suffolk County and the only such facility serving the East End of Long Island.
The second floor space will provide a studio apartment and a working studio space for an artist selected based on specific criteria, in any discipline, for a specified period of time. In return, the community will have the opportunity to engage with the artist in scheduled community presentations, lectures or demonstrations.

Carriage House Naming Opportunities

The East End Arts Council is offering limited naming opportunities to recognize your generosity for an eternity to come!
