Yasmine remarks...
"I am very excited to have won the Stony Brook Pre College Concerto Competition. I am very proud to be an East End Arts student. I feel that my private lessons with Jeannie Woelker have prepared me. Jeannie is the best cello teacher I have ever had. She understands how much the cello means to me and she encourages me to play more than whats required for state exams. She's fun and kind and supportive of all the things I would like to do in my future. Jeannie and the staff at East End Arts are like family. I look forward to my lessons. I hope to make Jeannie and East End Arts proud when I play the Elgar Cello Concerto at the Staller Center on March 3rd."
