Program Support


Recognition is provided for all events and sponsorship dollars may be designated for one or multiple events and programs. Sponsorship packages for year-round recognition are available.

What: This Memorial Day tradition brings family and friends together to enjoy their creative spirit in the company of artists, musicians, and art lovers. The day-long celebration centers on I Madonnari street painting, an art form dating back to 17th century Italy.

When: Annually on the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend
Where: East Main Street in Downtown Riverhead and East End Arts grounds
Who: 5,000 art supporters from Long Island and beyond

What: Patterned after the Tony Awards, this highly acclaimed high school theater recognition program celebrates and rewards our talented East End theater students while stimulating interest and support for excellence in high school theater arts.
Year started: 2002
When: Awards ceremony held annually in early June
Where: Awards ceremony held at a different high school auditorium each year
Who: 750+ families and friends

What: The Harvest Gospel Concert Series celebrating the joy of music from the soul, with a series of three concerts at three East End venues, featuring a non-denominational 70-plus member choir representing a culturally diverse population of Long Island. The choir is directed by noted vocalist, Julliard graduate and community leader Rev. Maryanne McElroy.
Year started: 1986
When: Three day concert series held mid-to-late November
Where: Three East End locations, including North and South Forks
Who: 1,000+ audience members
Why You? This event targets our diverse community on the East End, and receives high profile attention with the African-American community.

WINTERFEST Live on the Vine
What: Winterfest Live on the Vine is a multi-week music festival featuring the best jazz, blues, soul, rock, and country music east of NYC, paired with Long Island wines. This festival increases cultural tourism on the East End during the winter months and provide attendees with multiple weekends of exceptional music performances in winery tasting rooms, theaters, hotels, restaurants, and other venues. In 2012 Winterfest was awarded the Destination Arts Marketing Award by Destination Marketing Association International, and Americans for the Arts.

When: Annually in February & March
Where: Over 30 vineyards and venues on the East End
Who: 7,500 jazz and wine lovers from the tri-state area
Why You? Marketing will reach a broad range of music and wine lovers.
