Knitting - Basic Techniques (Adults & Teens)

Knitting - Basics & Techniques with Lee Eskin
4 Class Course
Calling all Knitters …and those who have always wanted to try. We welcome beginners and those of you who want to refresh your skills. Lee will walk you through the steps of getting started. The class will cover: casting on, the importance of swatching and gauge, increasing, decreasing, knit and purl stitches, and simple patterns, how to read a chart, and casting off, of course. You may bring something already in the works that you might need help with or start fresh by knitting a scarf or cowl, a baby blanket, or a simple shawl. The goal is to build your knitting skills over time, adding new techniques along the way.
Bring your own needles and yarn, and Lee will have some extras to introduce you to.
